Hello CEO’s of various banks,
I want to see your banks becoming more and more powerful. So,through this post- I am trying to highlight the importance of all the banking products to be in good shape.
Every day customers will interact with your banking institution in various ways. They might write a cheque and pass it to a third party, visit an ATM to withdraw cash, go online to check if their salary transfer has come in or pay a utility bill, use their credit card to purchase some goods from a retailer, walk into a branch to collect a personal loan application form, or ring up the call center to see what their credit card balance is or report a lost card. If they are sophisticated customer or clients, they may also trade some stocks, transfer some cash from their Euro forex account to their US dollar account, put a lum sum in a mutual fund, or sign up for a home insurance policy online.
Thus, banking is very important, not banks. If Citi offers me better services with respect to all the channels, I would never want to have an account anywhere else(even in a bank which is better than Citi).
